At jgitshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner Printful, please review our policy below.

Made-to-Order Products

All our products are custom-made specifically for you after you place an order. This means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders that are produced and shipped according to your specifications, except in cases outlined below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Incorrect (wrong size, design, or product)

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@jgitshop.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective/incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Once an item enters production, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@jgit.lv with your order number.

Wrong Address or Customer Error

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Processing Time for Claims

Once we receive your claim with the required photos and information, we typically respond within 2-5 business days. Approved replacements are usually shipped within 7-10 business days.
